张冬冬 博士后

个人概况

2023年博士毕业于湖南大学材料科学与工程学院,并以师资博士后身份加入宁波工程学院。主要从事半导体新材料室温常压宏量制备、性能及其器件应用基础研究,先后主持湖南省研究生科研创新项目1;迄今在PNAS等国际权威期刊发表SCI论文30余篇,其中一作分别在Carbon EnergyJ. Adv. Ceram.Energy & Environ. Mater.J. Mater. Sci. Technol.Appl. Phys. Lett.等期刊发表SCI论文9篇,中科院一区Top期刊6篇,IF>105篇,包含IF>202篇。其中被国产期刊Carbon Energy (IF = 20.5)选中正封面论文1,授权国家发明专利10余件,现担任国际权威期刊Ceramics International审稿人。
