
李维俊 博士后
个人概况
2019年博士毕业于吉林大学物理系,2019年8月至2022年8月就职于宁波大学材化学院,2022年12月于宁波工程学院工作至今。主要从事超级电容器应用基础研究工作,在第三代半导体SiC材料及其复合材料的可控生长、物性调控,微纳器件设计与构筑方面,具备扎实的理论基础和丰富的实践经验。自博士期间开始,主要开展SiC超级电容器电极材料的研究工作,实现了具有胜任苛刻服役环境以及高能量密度的超级电容器研发。目前共参与发表论文16篇,其中以第一作者或通讯作者身份在Adv. Energy Mater. (SCI一区Top期刊,IF: 24.8) 和Mater. Horiz.(SCI一区Top期刊,IF: 14.3) 等国际著名期刊发表论文5篇。其中关于芯片级超级电容器研究工作被选为Adv. Energy Mater.背封面文章。此外分别参与撰写国际专著1章节和长篇综述论文1篇(Prog. Mater. Sci.(IF: 23.7), 共计77页)。
